1. betterol.co.uk will endeavour to dispatch goods within 48-hours of receiving your order, but it is possible that some or all of the items you order may not be immediately available from stock, so you should allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
2. Your credit card account will not be debited until the day your order is despatched.
3. No goods will be despatched until payment has been approved.
4. Orders will be sent by DHL, Parcelforce, EMS.(Depending on location)
5. betterol.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or carriers.

6. Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. Firstly, please contact us at sales@betterol.co.uk. The return address will be emailed to you upon request. Then just return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. After the items have been received by us, a full refund will be issued at the same working day.
